If you need a more in depth assessment of whether your desired mark may be registrable, our trademark team will conduct a comprehensive search of the USPTO database for marks that may be similar enough to affect the eligibility of your desired mark for registration. We will prepare a detailed report emailed to you with our findings and recommendations.

Comprehensive Search & Report – Federal & State
For a fuller view of whether your desired mark may be registrable without potential conflicts in any state, our trademark team will conduct a comprehensive search of (i) the USPTO database for marks that may affect the eligibility of your desired mark for registration, (ii) the 50 state business registration databases for marks that may limit the availability of your desire mark, and (iii) an ICANN domain search. We will prepare a detailed report emailed to you with our findings and recommendations.
